Vladimir Izhukov's personal application for reading media files from Google Drive with rclone and playing them in Plex.
Purpose
BUGPLEX-rclone mounts selected Google Drive shared drives on the owner's personal media server. Plex reads files available to the owner and plays them on the owner's devices. This page offers no public registration or access to the media library.
Google Drive permission
The application uses Google OAuth and the drive.readonly permission to view and download Google Drive files accessible to the connected account. This permission is broader than the two selected shared drives; the rclone configuration limits the mounts to sources selected by the owner. The application is configured for read-only access and does not upload, modify or delete files in Drive.
Cache and connection
rclone temporarily caches data on the media server for playback and seeking. Connections to Google use HTTPS; in the current configuration, traffic passes through an SSH tunnel on the owner's VPS. This website does not receive OAuth tokens or provide access to files.

Terms of use
The application is for the owner’s personal use with files the owner is entitled to access. It grants no rights to third-party content and is not intended for public distribution of a media library. Access may be revoked in Google Account settings. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
